After we cut the glass sheet to specified size. We will do acid etching. This is a kind of new acid etch technology. When people touch the glass by hand. No finger print left on glass surface. Unlike the glass acid etched by traditional technolog. Glass looks more clean and nice. Then do tempering. That is heating and softening the glass, then cooling it. The process will make the pattern on glass surface fuse into glass. Thus make the pattern anti fingerprint, anti-scratch, long lasting. UV-resisted, could be used outdoor.
Tempered Pattern Glass Features:1. Safety: if breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threatening to human.
2. Stronger resistance to thermal breakage than annealed or heat strengthened glass
3. 4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
4. It withstands abrupt temperature change of 220°C.
5. Anti-scratch, long lasting. UV-resisted, could be used outdoor.
6. Sizes are produced per customer request, once tempered, cannot be cut down
